Hi, I’m Mownigan Naganathan, a Chiropractor with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science with a focus on Kinesiology and a minor in Rehabilitation Sciences.
My passion for rehabilitation started with my own fitness journey and a deep curiosity to uncover how the human body works in perfect harmony. Growing up, I played a ton of soccer and began weight training, a practice I still continue today. Any injury I faced left me feeling like my body was betraying me, limiting my progress. These challenges taught me the importance of active rehabilitation in recovery, a lesson I now share with my patients.
My approach to care is patient-centred, with a focus on education and empowering individuals to take charge of their health and unlock their full potential. I emphasize active care, incorporating techniques like soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, joint manipulations, and dry needling. I believe that movement and mobility are key to living a healthier, happier life.
Outside the clinic, I’m often weight training or hiking with my Great Dane. I’m also working up the courage to start running—and who knows, maybe I’ll try a half marathon by the end of the year!

Hi, my name is Justin Mah, and I am a physiotherapist and performance coach who completed my Masters in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Toronto and BHSc in Biomedical Science from Western University.
Exercise has always been an important aspect of my life as an avid weightlifter, hockey, and yoga athlete. During my younger years, I suffered social anxiety and found it difficult transitioning into high school – exercise and weight training became the outlet to allow me to work on myself and improve my mental health. When I suffered a severe shoulder injury during undergrad that prevented me from working out, I felt like I lost a piece of who I was – I thought I would live with this for the rest of my life. Having gone through this process, I understand what it means to feel like you’re broken. I understand what it means to feel like you lost your way of life, and because of this I made a commitment to help others not suffer in the same way I did. This is my WHY when I made the decision to become a physiotherapist.
My mission is simple – to provide you with the tools to take care of your own body – we only have one body in this life, and my goal is to empower and educate you on this life-long journey. I use a combination of manual therapy, electro-acupuncture, and strengthening and mobility exercise to create a personalized plan of care for you to reach your goals.
When I’m not in the clinic, I’m usually doing any activity related to food – cooking new recipes, trying new restaurants, or experimenting with new smoothies. I’ve recently started attending fitness classes at F45, and am learning how to stand up paddleboard (SUP) on the lakefront behind our clinic!

Hi, I’m Tharaniya Sivarajah, a Physiotherapist and certified personal trainer (CSEP-CPT) with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. I hold a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Brunel University and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University.
From dancing and playing volleyball to diving into strength training, martial arts, and now running—movement is my passion! I’ve always been active, but my real journey began in my early 20s when I started dealing with my own injuries. Despite being told to stop strength training, I refused to let movement slip away.
Having faced my own challenges with healthcare advice, I’m here to help you get back to what you love, stronger than ever. Your body is resilient and adaptable, and seeing you succeed is my greatest reward.
My treatment approach blends manual therapy and exercises to help you regain independence and achieve long-term relief. I’m here to seamlessly transition you from rehab to your favorite activities—whether that’s hitting the field, playing with your kids, or anything else you love.
When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me busting out some pull-ups, walking my dog, or discovering new tunes on Spotify (afrobeat fans, where you at?!).

Hi! My name is Rebecca Anderson, and I am a Naturopathic Doctor at Art of Mobility Toronto. I completed my Doctor of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and my undergraduate studies in Life Sciences and Organic Chemistry at the University of British Columbia.
I began my career in cancer and autoimmune disease research, which is where I first recognized the importance of a root cause approach to health and the limitations of treating symptoms in isolation. Working in chronic disease highlighted how deeply interconnected the body’s systems are and how uniquely they can function from person to person. This experience shaped my philosophy of care and ultimately led me to pursue naturopathic medicine.
My personal health journey further strengthened this perspective. After my first year of graduate school, I experienced a sudden decline in my own health, including low energy, brain fog, hair loss, digestive concerns, and allergic skin reactions. Navigating these challenges while balancing school and work gave me a firsthand understanding of how overwhelming it can feel when your body is not functioning optimally. This experience taught me the importance of flexible, personalized, and realistic care, creating treatment plans that fit into real lives and are sustainable long term.
My clinical approach focuses on helping patients understand their bodies so they can make informed and confident health decisions. I use blood work alongside evidence based nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and natural therapies to address symptoms, manage chronic conditions, and optimize overall health, while also helping patients navigate misinformation in the wellness space.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy travelling, trying new foods, gardening, and spending time with friends. I love learning new things and meeting new people.

Hi! My name is Yunqi (yu-ki) and I earned my Master’s in Physiotherapy at the University of
Toronto, as well as a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from McMaster University.
I became a Physiotherapist because I love helping people on an individual level, and being able to work synergistically with the person in front of me to create life-long changes.
Whether your goal is to return to high-level sport, recover from an injury, or simply move through daily life with
less pain and more confidence, I’m here to back you up at every stage of your journey. I believe that progress looks different for everyone, and I take pride in meeting people where they are and guiding them forward in a way that feels realistic, sustainable, and empowering.
For me great physiotherapy starts with truly understanding the person in front of me. I take the time to listen to your story, goals, and what matters most to you, so together we can build a treatment plan that fits you, not just your diagnosis. My approach combines hands-on manual therapy, individualized exercise programming, and clear, practical education so that you can
confidently return to the activities you love.
With a background in movement-based sports such as gymnastic tumbling, martial arts, and dancing, I bring a strong appreciation for body control, performance, and injury prevention into my practice. These experiences have given me a deep respect for how the body moves, adapts, and recovers, and they continue to shape the way I approach my practice.
To sum it all up with one sentence: I love making a difference in people’s lives, and I take that love to approach every case with curiosity, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping people feel like themselves again.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll often find me attending music festivals and searching out great food spots around the city. I believe that staying curious, active, and connected outside of work helps me bring more energy, perspective, and compassion into the care I provide.

Hi everyone! My name is Sarah Bonn, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). I completed my Honours Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and I hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology from McMaster University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Concurrent Disorders (Mental Health & Addictions) from Mohawk College. I have received additional training from various professional development agencies in trauma-informed care, mental health first aid, dialectical behaviour therapy, emotionally-focused individual therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing techniques.
I have worked in the mental health field for the past eleven years, supporting adults of all ages through community treatment, social support, and multidisciplinary care. During my time working in the community, I felt a personal and professional shift to better support people with their solution and recovery-focused objectives. My goal with clients is to understand, first and foremost, what they would like to gain from their therapeutic experience, both in-session and outside of our sessions together. I collaborate with each of my clients to create an individualized treatment plan by using an integrative mix of evidence-based psychotherapy modalities, including (but not limited to) narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, and strength-based techniques.
As an avid nature lover, I can help you find strength and healing through grounding and connecting to your identity and landscape. Together, we will focus on respect and empathy as we deeply explore your unique journey and develop personalized tools to cope with your life’s stressors, both past and present. I welcome you to join me in a safe space to slow down, connect with yourself, and determine your intentional path forward. Let’s create the life you deserve!
Outside of the clinic, you can often find me in the woods, on a trail, or near a body of water. My eclectic style is not limited to my therapeutic approach, as I love anything active: running, biking, hiking, swimming, skiing, skating, yoga, camping… and the list goes on!
For any clients who are interested, I also offer “walk and talk” therapy so that we can integrate the benefits of movement and nature into our psychotherapy work together.

Hi, my name is Colby Ng and I am a chiropractor and completed my Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. I also completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto.
I have been in sports and athletics my whole life, which has pushed me to have big goals. I have my eyes set on many crazy things and know how important it is to have people that can help you do the things that matter most. While reaching my dreams mean a lot to me, I have also been lucky enough to share the joy of other people’s accomplishments. Knowing that I played a small part in helping someone reach their fitness, health, or life goals has empowered me more than I ever thought it would.
I believe that my role as a chiropractor goes beyond providing pain relief. I like to use a combination of manual techniques like deep tissue release, mobilizations, adjustments, and acupuncture to relieve the discomfort. Pairing this with exercises and rehabilitation allows me to provide the long-term relief needed to get you on track towards your goals.
When I am not in the clinic, you will find me chasing my own dreams in the weight room, on the road, on the trail, and on the climbing wall. Right now, I have my eyes set on qualifying for Boston, doing my first Ironman, and planning my next multi-day trek.
