Nathan Wong
HHello! My name is Nathan Wong. I am a Physiotherapist with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from the University of Toronto.
Growing up as a competitive tennis player, I experienced my share of injuries, which has taught me the importance of staying healthy and taking care of my body. My personal experiences as a patient opened my eyes to the incredible impact physiotherapists have on an individual’s ability to recover, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. This revelation inspired and fueled my determination to pursue a career in physiotherapy.
I have a deep-rooted passion in sports rehabilitation and helping individuals regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. As a physiotherapist, my goal is to deliver excellent care for my patients at every stage of the recovery process. My approach blends education, manual therapy, and targeted exercise to help each individual work through their injuries while building confidence in their body for long-term results.
Beyond my professional life, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my friends and family, exploring new cities through running, and catching up on the latest in the sports world. I am also often training for my next marathon while I chase my dream of one day running the Boston Marathon.
I look forward to working with you and helping you achieve your fullest potential!

Mownigan (Mowni) Naganathan
Hi, I’m Mowni, a Chiropractor with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science with a focus on Kinesiology and a minor in Rehabilitation Sciences.
My passion for rehabilitation started with my own fitness journey and a deep curiosity to uncover how the human body works in perfect harmony. Growing up, I played a ton of soccer and began weight training, a practice I still continue today. Any injury I faced left me feeling like my body was betraying me, limiting my progress. These challenges taught me the importance of active rehabilitation in recovery, a lesson I now share with my patients.
My approach to care is patient-centred, with a focus on education and empowering individuals to take charge of their health and unlock their full potential. I emphasize active care, incorporating techniques like soft tissue therapy, joint mobilizations, joint manipulations, and dry needling. I believe that movement and mobility are key to living a healthier, happier life.
Outside the clinic, I’m often weight training or hiking with my Great Dane. I’m also working up the courage to start running—and who knows, maybe I’ll try a half marathon by the end of the year!

Colby Ng
Hi, my name is Colby Ng and I am a chiropractor and completed my Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. I also completed my Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto.
I have been in sports and athletics my whole life, which has pushed me to have big goals. I have my eyes set on many crazy things and know how important it is to have people that can help you do the things that matter most. While reaching my dreams mean a lot to me, I have also been lucky enough to share the joy of other people’s accomplishments. Knowing that I played a small part in helping someone reach their fitness, health, or life goals has empowered me more than I ever thought it would.
I believe that my role as a chiropractor goes beyond providing pain relief. I like to use a combination of manual techniques like deep tissue release, mobilizations, adjustments, and acupuncture to relieve the discomfort. Pairing this with exercises and rehabilitation allows me to provide the long-term relief needed to get you on track towards your goals.
When I am not in the clinic, you will find me chasing my own dreams in the weight room, on the road, on the trail, and on the climbing wall. Right now, I have my eyes set on qualifying for Boston, doing my first Ironman, and planning my next multi-day trek.

Tharaniya Sivarajah Physiotherapy
Hi, I’m Tharaniya Sivarajah, a Physiotherapist and certified personal trainer (CSEP-CPT) with the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology. I hold a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Brunel University and Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University.
From dancing and playing volleyball to diving into strength training, martial arts, and now running—movement is my passion! I’ve always been active, but my real journey began in my early 20s when I started dealing with my own injuries. Despite being told to stop strength training, I refused to let movement slip away.
Having faced my own challenges with healthcare advice, I’m here to help you get back to what you love, stronger than ever. Your body is resilient and adaptable, and seeing you succeed is my greatest reward.
My treatment approach blends manual therapy and exercises to help you regain independence and achieve long-term relief. I’m here to seamlessly transition you from rehab to your favorite activities—whether that’s hitting the field, playing with your kids, or anything else you love.
When I’m not in the clinic, you can find me busting out some pull-ups, walking my dog, or discovering new tunes on Spotify (afrobeat fans, where you at?!).

Thusheinth (Thush) Sivarajah
Hi, my name is Thush and I am a Physiotherapist and Certified Personal Trainer who completed his Master’s in Physical Therapy program at Queen’s University.
Once you get to know me, you’ll realize that there is never a dull moment when you work with me. I am devoted to getting you back to doing what you love while making sure you are having fun during the journey. As an avid weightlifter, martial artist, and volleyball athlete, I have experienced all types of injuries myself – ranging from a common strain to some very severe injuries. These injuries have helped me greatly empathize with my clients, understanding the importance of active rehab for long-term results.
My goal is to make sure every person I work with gets an active solution and is educated and empowered throughout the process. By using a blend of manual therapy (hands-on care, without machines), mobility, and strengthening exercises, I am committed to finding the right treatment approach tailored for you.
When I am not in the clinic, you can find me working out at the gym, doing group fitness classes, walking my dog, or on a court (playing some basketball or beach volleyball).

Dr. Rebecca Anderson
Hi! My name is Rebecca Anderson, and I am a Naturopathic Doctor at Art of Mobility Toronto. I completed my Doctor of Naturopathy at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) and my undergraduate studies in Life Sciences and Organic Chemistry at the University of British Columbia.
I began my career in cancer and autoimmune disease research, which is where I first recognized the importance of a root cause approach to health and the limitations of treating symptoms in isolation. Working in chronic disease highlighted how deeply interconnected the body’s systems are and how uniquely they can function from person to person. This experience shaped my philosophy of care and ultimately led me to pursue naturopathic medicine.
My personal health journey further strengthened this perspective. After my first year of graduate school, I experienced a sudden decline in my own health, including low energy, brain fog, hair loss, digestive concerns, and allergic skin reactions. Navigating these challenges while balancing school and work gave me a firsthand understanding of how overwhelming it can feel when your body is not functioning optimally. This experience taught me the importance of flexible, personalized, and realistic care, creating treatment plans that fit into real lives and are sustainable long term.
My clinical approach focuses on helping patients understand their bodies so they can make informed and confident health decisions. I use blood work alongside evidence based nutrition, lifestyle strategies, and natural therapies to address symptoms, manage chronic conditions, and optimize overall health, while also helping patients navigate misinformation in the wellness space.
Outside of the clinic, I enjoy travelling, trying new foods, gardening, and spending time with friends. I love learning new things and meeting new people.

Justin Achat
Hi, I’m Justin Achat, a Registered Physiotherapist with a Master’s in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University and a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University.
With 5 years of clinical experience as a physiotherapist and over a decade working as a kinesiologist and strength and conditioning coach, I offer patients a unique framework for therapy that combines evidence based rehabilitation science with the belief that exercise is medicine.
My treatment philosophy centers around three core tenets that I establish early in every patient interaction:
Goals need a plan: Meaningful outcomes come from personalized and well thought out strategies.
Partnership drives progress: The best results happen when my patients and I work together as a team.
Mindset matters: How you view your injury and recovery plays a powerful role in long term success.
Once we’re aligned, I use a multifaceted approach that includes manual therapy, acupuncture, movement, and education to create strategies that are effective, adaptable, and never recipe driven.
Outside of the clinic, I’m an avid golfer, tennis player, and soccer player. You’ll usually find me on the pitch, waiting for an open tennis court, in a bunker on the golf course, or on my snowboard in the glades after a fresh snowfall.

I completed my Honours Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, and I hold an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology from McMaster University, along with a Graduate Certificate in Concurrent Disorders (Mental Health & Addictions) from Mohawk College.
